Where To Get Engaged, Inc. (also referred to hereunder as "WTGE") reserves the right to use the winner’s name, photograph/likeness and correspondence/interviews for publicity.
The odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
Some restrictions and black-out dates may apply.
Winner is required to arrange trip through WTGE at least three (3) months in advance.
Winner may not substitute, trade, transfer, or assign any Ultimate Vacation Giveaway prize to
another person or legal entity. Prize may not be redeemed for cash, other goods, or services.
Vacation giveaway must be used within one year and is void for all purposes thereafter.
Airfare is included within the continental United States. Winner will be responsible for any additional airfare for travel outside the continental United States.
Hotel accommodations, and applicable taxes are also included in vacation package. Ground transportation, food, taxes, and recreational activities, and any other expenses incurred by winner, are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If the winner is found to have been ineligible, is otherwise disqualified, or cannot be contacted by WTGE within thirty (30) days following the winning announcement, WTGE will determine an alternate winner.
