How much does it cost?
A basic profile/listing is absolutely free. A premium listing with additional features, priority placement, and a premium designation costs only $95 per month.

How do I build my profile?
Login to your account and from your dashboard, click "Edit Profile" and you can easily add your information from there. You can manage other components of your profile easily from your dashboard.
What is your refund policy on premium listings?
Premium listings are provided with no guarantee of results or performance. In the event you are not satisfied and wish to cancel your listing, we can only provide a refund if requested within the first 30 days of premium membership.

How do I manage customer reviews?
From your dashboard you can manage customer reviews. You can delete inappropriate or false reviews, but you cannot change individual ratings (only written reviews). All individual ratings will be averaged for your Where To Get Engaged rating.
