If the winner is found to have been ineligible, is otherwise disqualified, or cannot be contacted by WTGE within thirty (30) days following the winning announcement, WTGE will determine an alternate winner.

If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, WTGE reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value.
