This competition is offered by WhereToGetEngaged.com (WTGE) and is open to anyone with a Twitter account who is at least 18 years of age. The contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia), void where prohibited by law. The winner is subject to all federal, state or local laws. Employees of WhereToGetEngaged.com and/or its affiliated companies and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
The giveaway will begin Oct 24th and finish at 31st Dec with weekly drawing.
One prize will be available. One Winner will be chosen at the end of each week.Winner may not substitute, trade or transfer the prize to another party. Prize may not be redeemed in any way for cash or other goods.
The prize itself (movie DVD) can be chosen from the following list of movies at http://www.wheretogetengaged.com/proposal-and-wedding-movies.html. If the prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to the replace the prize with a film of equal value and a wedding theme. We purchase the prize on your behalf and have it shipped directly to your door anywhere in United States. (You must prove ownership of the winning entry and your shipping address). We will dispatch the prize within 31 days of the competition closing date.
To enter the competition you must retweet our message from your own Twitter account and include #getengaged in your message. You must follow @getengaged to be eligible. No purchase is required.
You can tweet as many times as you like (though entries using automated tweets will be disqualified within the 24-hour period.
We will choose winners randomly from all the entries within the24-hour period. We will announce winners from our twitter account (@GetEngaged). The winner will be selected at random by having a computer pick from a generated list. The winner must be following @GetEngaged.
Where To Get Engaged reserves the right to use the winner’s name, photograph, and correspondence/interviews for publicity.
Neither WhereToGetEngaged.com nor its affiliated companies shall have any liability for (i) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (ii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (iii) any malfunction of or damage to the prizes; or (iv) any restrictions or delays imposed by any customs authorities or any import or other taxes of any kind imposed by any taxation authority in respect of the prizes.
